What changes in your routine
- Split the sale into installments. Before, installments weren’t possible; now you split the plan into as many installments as you need, each with its own amount and due date. For example, a quarterly follow-up of R 300.
- Know who owes you. In the patient list, the Financial column shows how much is left to receive from each patient; on the profile, overdue installments get a red alert (for example, “1 overdue installment”), so you can follow up at the right time.
- See what came in and what’s missing. The transactions report separates what is received, pending, and overdue, and you can mark several receipts at once.
- Keep invoices up to date. Mark, installment by installment, which invoices have been issued and which are still missing.
- Record it your way. Create your own payment methods (Pix, card, payment link, and more) and choose which one was used on each installment.
- Adjust the follow-up from the profile. End a service early and, as before, pause, extend, or refund it, all in the patient’s Services tab.
- Switch plans without duplicates. When you sell a new service starting today, it replaces the current one right away. Before, both stayed active until the previous service ended.
How it works
Sales in two steps
When you register a patient in Actions → Add patient (after the registration details), or add a new service from the profile with Add service, the sale is split into Service and financial (service, start, duration, sale date, amount, discount, and notes) and Payment. For payment, you choose between one-time and in installments. For installments, the setup can be:- Automatic — you set the number of installments, the first due date, and the method.
- Manual — you edit each installment (amount, due date, method, received or pending). The Distribute automatically button splits the remaining balance, and LiveClin warns you when the installments don’t add up to the total.
Transactions report
In Reports → Transactions, the chart shows an overview of transactions and the cards show the Received, Pending, and Overdue transactions. Click the footer of a card to filter the list by that status. The transactions list has the All, Receipts, and Payments tabs. On each row, you can open the patient’s profile, see the sale details, mark the transaction as received or pending (entering the date and method), and manage the invoice. You can run these actions on several transactions at once by selecting the rows.Invoices
Each installment has an invoice status: issued or not issued. Mark it (or unmark it, if it was a mistake) from the transactions report, the sale details, or the patient profile, one at a time or in bulk.Payment methods
Besides the system methods, you can create, edit, and delete your own methods, choosing a name and an icon (Pix, card, bank slip, cash, payment link, and more). In Services, use Actions → Manage methods. Methods are available in sales and installments.Services in the patient profile
In the Services tab of the profile, the current service shows its status (active or paused), its term, and the Pending, Received, and Total cards. The pending amount turns red and an alert appears when there are overdue installments. From the service menu, you open the sale details (with every installment), pause (and later resume), refund, and manage the invoice. From the term pencil, you can extend the service or end it early. In the sale details, mark installments as received or pending; refunds can also be done per installment. The profile also shows the patient’s gross revenue and active time, plus the history of previous services.Patient list and Services page
- In the patient list, the Financial column shows the sale amount and how much is left to receive (for example, “To receive: R$ 600.00” or “No pending payments”). Sorting by it now orders the list instead of filtering it, so no patient disappears.
- On the Services page, the period summary shows sales (new and recurring), average ticket, and best-selling service, with shortcuts to see each service’s patients and transactions.
