Custom labels
Labels used to be fixed (high, medium, and low priority). Now you create, edit, and color your own labels — for example, by patient goal (hypertrophy) or by team member responsible. To apply one, open the patient profile, select the label in the Labels field, and save.Patient filters and export
On the patients screen, the new filter combines more data: label, service, remaining service time (who expires in 3, 7, 15, or 30 days), and WhatsApp status (pending or confirmed). You can also export all patient information and configure the table — reorder, enable, or disable columns (such as showing the client’s email).At-risk patients and expirations
The home screen now highlights patients at risk of churn (those who have gone the longest without responding) and expirations of the week (those closest to ending their service), so you can prioritize attention and renewal.Engagement report
In Reports → Engagement, you’ll find two tables:- Engagement ranking — the patients who respond the most and with the longest streak appear at the top. Useful for creating dynamics, such as rewards for adherence.
- Churn risk — the full list of those who respond little. Patients who stop responding tend to be the ones at highest risk of churn, so they’re worth an active outreach.
Sends report
Shows the messages sent via WhatsApp and email, with how many were sent, read, and clicked. You track, per patient, whether the message was received, opened, and at what time.Responses report
Unlike the sends report, here you see the open, answered, and missed questionnaires. When reading a response, you can tell whether the patient answered completely or partially, use the GPT agent to support feedback, and navigate through the pending responses.New send modes
Automation gained two modes: single send (a one-off date, great for anamnesis) and manual (you build a schedule with multiple dates, times, and deadlines). The recurring modes now have a send duration field — with an end date (stops whenever you want) or without an end date (sends as long as the patient is active). See how to use them in schedule sends.Photo questionnaires
When a questionnaire asks for a photo, all the images are gathered together when reading the response. Use Add comparison to open a carousel that compares the current photo with previous ones — ideal for visualizing the patient’s progress.Integrations
- Z-API (your own WhatsApp) — connect your number to send questionnaires through your own WhatsApp, which tends to increase the response rate. Available on the Scale plan, which also unlocks daily sends and personalized messages (in Reminders → My templates, with fields such as the patient’s name).
- Webhooks — a more advanced integration that connects LiveClin to other services (ChatGPT, Claude, and more).
Referrals and subscriptions
You now have a referral code: anyone who subscribes with your code generates credits that are deducted from your renewals. Subscriptions now use Stripe, with secure card registration and automatic recurring renewal.Next steps
