Step by step
Open the template gallery
In Questionnaires, click New from template.
Choose a template
Pick a check-in template (e.g.: adherence, symptoms, progress).
Adjust and save
Edit the questions you want and save as your new questionnaire.
Standardizing with templates makes it easier to compare answers across patients.
