Choose the right question type for each piece of information you want to collect.Available types
- Single choice — one option among several (e.g.: adherence level).
- Multiple choice — several options at once (e.g.: symptoms).
- Scale — a score from 0 to 10 (e.g.: satisfaction or pain).
- Free text — open answer for patient comments.
