Prerequisites

Before you start, you need:
  • A LiveClin account with access to Settings.
  • A questionnaire already scheduled for patients. See how to schedule sends.

Step by step

Open the questionnaire schedule

Go to Settings → Questionnaires → Questionnaires, choose the questionnaire, and click Schedule. You see the patients linked to it.

Select the patients to reschedule

Check the patients you want to change (or select all) and click Reschedule patients.
When you reschedule, any open questionnaire (already sent and not yet answered) is deactivated — the patient can no longer answer it, and only the new schedule applies. If you don’t want to lose responses in progress, wait for the current questionnaire’s deadline to close before rescheduling.

Choose the new method and configure it

Select the send mode (for example, daily or weekly) and set the start date, time, and, when applicable, the frequency. The modes are the same as in scheduling — the details are in schedule sends. Confirm with Reschedule.

Check the new schedules

Click Actions → View schedules to check the updated dates and times. LiveClin shows the open send and the upcoming scheduled sends.

Pause or activate sends

To stop or resume sends for specific patients, select them in the list, click Actions, and choose Pause questionnaires or Activate sends.

Do it from the patient profile

You can also reschedule, pause, or activate without going through the questionnaires screen. Go to Patients, open a patient, access the Questionnaires tab, and use the actions menu (three dots) → Reschedule sends.
